I'm New

Welcome!

WHAT ARE THE SERVICES LIKE?
All services begin with worship—a time to praise God and prepare your heart to receive His Word. Our style of worship is contemporary and uplifting, with hymns sprinkled in,  focusing on the greatness of God. Following worship, we open our Bibles and focus on the timeless truths of God’s Word and its relevancy to our lives. The hallmark of our teaching is expositional, where we study every book of the Bible, chapter by chapter and verse by verse, giving heed to the whole counsel of God. .

A typical service will last about 80 minutes.

DO YOU HAVE A CHILDREN’S MINISTRY?
Yes. Kids' Cove is the name of our Children's Ministry. We have nursery through 5th grade  both Saturday and Sunday services.
We also have a youth room located near the Galley which is open
during the 9 AM service on Sundays.

VOLUNTEERS
Our policy for volunteers serving in Kids' Cove requires that they have attended services for 6 months and undergo a background check.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR SERVICE?
Come as you are! Dress in a way that feels comfortable. Casual is the norm here. However, if you would prefer to dress up, feel free to do so.

WILL I BE SINGLED OUT DURING SERVICE?
No, we do not ask newcomers to stand up during services. Our ushers will hand out Connect Cards to any visitors who would like to connect with us. Any questions you have can be answered at our information center, The Beacon, located on the north side of the sanctuary.

WILL I BE PRESSURED INTO GIVING?
No. At Springs Lighthouse, we don't "pass a plate." Instead, we believe that God leads His children to give, so we have offering boxes, placed where you can discreetly deposit any offerings, located in the back of the sanctuary. During service, tithing is only discussed as we come across it in God’s Word. If God lays it on your heart to give, it is truly between you and the Lord.
