Lead Pastor Brian Michaels brings over 36 years of ministry experience to his role. His journey began by teaching the Bible as the Protestant layleader as a submariner in the Navy, where he discovered a calling to share God's Word and connect with people. Since then, Pastor Brian has dedicated his life to fulfilling this calling and has become a seasoned and dedicated minister and leader who teaches the Word of God with grace and humor.

Pastor Scott Stone has served as an Assistant Pastor at Springs Lighthouse since 2021. With a background in law enforcement for over 10 years, Scott brings a unique perspective to his pastoral role. From his early days attending Rocky Mountain Calvary under Pastor Brian to now leading alongside him at Springs Lighthouse, Scott's journey is woven into the fabric of our church community. From administration to security, his diverse roles showcase his commitment to making our church a welcoming home for all.

Shaelyn is the mother of two beautiful children, Lillie and Ezekiel. She is pursuing her master's degree in counseling to work with children who have been through trauma and bring light into their darkness. Pastor Brian dedicated Shaelyn when she was a baby. She started regularly attending Springs Lighthouse about seven years ago and loves our church community. Shaelyn is excited to continue serving Christ as a church staff member and she loves that she has the opportunity to work with her church family.

Jeanine is a gifted Bible teacher and the Director of Wise Woman. The Lord has used her teaching and edification skills to grow a thriving women’s ministry at Springs Lighthouse. She also sings and plays guitar with the worship team, as well as leads worship for Wise Woman Ministries. 

Aleyana Stone is armed with a degree in elementary education and an infectious love for children. She's been a joyful presence in our children's ministry since 2020. When she's not busy serving in various church roles, Aleyana finds her greatest joy in raising her two beautiful kids, Carter and Norah. Her warm heart and dedication shine through, echoing the sentiment of Psalms 127:3, "Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord".

John Archibald was raised in a family that is precious and unique, a huge influence on what made him the man he is today. He accepted Jesus Christ as His Lord and Savior on Easter of 1982, and it has been quite a journey since then. Daily, God is improving his life by making him a better man, father, husband, and friend.

John grew up in Colorado Springs and his early church experience was being sent on a church bus to attend services at Circle Drive Baptist Church. He and his friends often skipped out and went to the nearby bowling alley, though. It wasn’t until he was an adult that he fully gave his life to the Lord and began his walk with Jesus. 

Todd currently serves as an Elder and board member. Todd and his family have been attending Springs Lighthouse for many years. He also formerly served as the director of our security team and provided immeasurable value and insight to the church in this capacity. Todd is retired from serving our community as a sheriff’s deputy for over 20 years and now serves our church family in a number of volunteer capacities.

Jeff Dreyer has been in the family of God since June 1972. He was raised in a Christian home. He met his wife, Joni, at their church high school group. Married on July 23, 1977, Jeff has always believed that the Lord allowed them to meet each other early in life and to grow together over the past 45 years.
